Dave Franz joined DSI in 1998 and now leads the finance & IT teams as Director of Finance. He is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, internal controls, risk management, business systems, IT infrastructure, and keeping the rest of the leadership team in line😊. Dave has been with DSI through much growth, change and challenges.  Prior to joining DSI, he worked for Honeywell in various functions including budgeting, reporting, financial support, and corporate planning.  Dave has a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).  He is on the board of directors for the Minneapolis Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). Dave and his wife Jennifer have five children and backyard chickens.
